Today’s the day (Sunday 8th June 2008) when we must have your sheds added with a picture to get entry into the Shed of the Year 2008 competition on readersheds.co.uk
You can add your shed anytime today right up until midnight tonight, after that the shed gets marked as an entry for Shed of the Year 2009 a bit like Cinderella turning back into a flatpack.
All you need to do it go here and add details about your shed, choose a category and add an image.
If you have issues with images the main cause of problems is that it’s straight from your digital camera and is too big for my shed system to handle (Iam not flickr you know! with unlimited resources)
so resize you image to around 800 pixels wide using the software that came with your camera or if you are on windows get hold of the free Image resize powertool (direct link to file)
also If the image is on flickr you can view a smaller version of it there and download that to use on our site.
Or go to a website like Picresize, upload the image and choose custom size and put in 800 pixels wide, then click , then download to your computer and then sorry you have to upload it to readersheds..
