A 71-year-old man has been arrested in Palm Springs, Florida, and accused of practicing dentistry out of a storage unit.
He also was operating a dental lab from that address and had various tools and drugs in his possession, the Department of Health reports. Juan Bernal, the man arrested, isn’t a licensed dentist, DOH says. Yet another man, whom he reportedly was treating at the time, told police officers that Bernal was fixing his bridge and had given him an injection for pain.
