A great story about recyling an old portacabin and making it into a usefull shed
Instead of demolishing an ancient portacabin we renovated it by cladding with reclaimed metal sheets. It worked and the cabin is now weather proof and very cosy. I use it as a workshop for my spinning and knitting and also as a store for the sheep’s fleeces I work with. I love my shed and spend a lot of time there.
A person after my own heart…doing the same in North Pole, AK
I just bumped into your blog. I can't believe there are others out there like me who think sheds are great. Nice one!
I love it that all these textiles and sheds are coming together. Is it a bit of a diversion to ask for the photos of things inside the sheds?
I have just done up half of what used to be a garage with a slate roof and called it my Hobbyshed but after seeing the Woolshed i am going to call mine the rug shed asI plan to make my woollen rugs in there(recycled wool ina recycled garage!) Hook rugging and latch hook. what a carry on!!!!
