Its behind a fish and chips restaurant 5 minutes south of downtown Denver. Both pictures depict an underwater soccer game. Sharks vs. Orca’s. A blow-fish is the “ball” and eels are the fans.
Unsure of the artist. The shed is used for dry storage for the restaurant.
