Arron Kuiper
I am a Welsh artist based in Cardiff and am pioneering a revolutionary new technique of three dimensional painting I call ‘Gel’. Gel is a technique utilising the chemical properties of oil paint and hydrogel to produce a three-dimensional painting inside a transparent vessel. The paint is implanted into the gel and remains exactly where it is placed, as if one were able to create forms from brushstrokes in mid-air.
you have until 1 November to see it.
@unclewilco @ILovesTheDiff Arron’s head is on show at the old Blockbuster on Albany Rd until 1 November-well worth seeing in the flesh — Cardiff Open (@cardiffopen) October 7, 2014
